LPN​/LVN -PT

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse assists administers prescribed medications and provides medication and other educational groups on the shift. Must complete accurate, thorough and timely documentation of patient data, incidents that may occur and all other assigned items.

• Associate Degree required
• 1 to 3 years of experience
• LPN license
