Provide compassionate and skilled practical nursing care to children and adults in their homes, ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes and adherence to all applicable regulations.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna will assist in obtaining this after hire if necessary)
• Current TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred; one year required in Georgia
• Reliable transportation
