Travel RN - Telemetry - Stepdown

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Surgery Step Down position in Atlanta, GA, requiring a GA or Compact RN license and at least 18 months of experience.

• Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of RN experience required
• CVOR RN candidates must have at least 18 months of full‑time CVOR experience of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong cardiac, vascular, and endovascular procedure experience

• Position is located in a Cardiovascular Surgery Step Down unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift (NOC), 12‑hour shifts
• 13‑week contract
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility specifically, a minimum separation of 18 months is required
• RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or a maximum of 3 days if on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract, and consecutive days of RTO during the holiday period will not be approved
• First‑time travelers are not explicitly excluded, but strong relevant experience is required
