Position: Travel CVOR Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN) - Atlanta, GA

Schedule/

Hours:
  • Travel position; assignments typically range from 8-13 weeks
  • Rotating shifts with call required; flexibility encouraged for optimal experience
Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum of 2 years recent CVOR nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional pre-, intra-, and post-operative care to cardiovascular surgery patients
  • Circulate and/or scrub in complex procedures involving the heart and great vessels
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
  • Meticulously monitor patient safety, aseptic technique, and surgical protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary rounds
