Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. HOLIDAYS:
If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day COMPLIANCE: FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule Locals accepted - same rate

Agency RTO (Request Time Off) Guidelines:

A. 14-week contract= 10 days of RTO

B. 26-week contract = 17 days of RTO

C. No consecutive weekend request.

D. Cannot request all Major Holidays.

E. Can only request 1 weekend of RTO in a 4-week time frame. You are allowed to switch days in order to get the unapproved RTO covered. Please refer to the unit process for switching. Unit does not accept travel pairs PHIOR does not honor block schedules. No self-scheduling
