Providers work closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, pharmacy, dietitians, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated inpatient care.

What You’ll Love About This Position
  • Approximately 12 shifts per month

  • Minimal after-hours phone-only call

  • Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APP’s)

  • Monday + Tuesday + Every Other Weekend
  • Thursday + Friday + Every Other Weekend
Compensation

$84,000 – $93,750 annually

In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide inpatient diabetes and glycemic management consultations
  • Manage adult hospitalized patients on Med‑Surg and Step‑Down units
  • Adjust insulin and diabetes therapies using evidence‑based protocols
  • Collaborate with hospitalists, nursing, pharmacy, and acute care teams
  • Document directly within the hospital EMR
  • Practice within a highly collaborative inpatient consultative model
Our Must Have’s
  • Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
  • NP certification as FNP, AGNP, or ACNP, or PA‑C certification
  • EMR proficiency required
  • Recent inpatient experience required
  • DEA not required
  • Minimum one‑year commitment required
  • Strong new graduates with inpatient clinical training are also encouraged to apply
