12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with varying schedules that include working every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday).
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients during labor and delivery while ensuring the safety and comfort of both the mother and newborn. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients during labor and delivery.
- Provide support and education to expectant mothers and their families.
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
