Restorative Nurse, RN

The Restorative Nurse is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and evaluating restorative nursing programs that help residents maintain or improve their highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. The Restorative Nurse works closely with nursing staff, rehabilitation therapists, physicians, residents, and families to promote independence and quality of life in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the DON (Director of Nursing).
