RN Referral Management - Evenings - ATL Command Center

Responsibilities

• Sign on bonus of $5000.00
• Review assessment referrals received from various sources in collaboration with the RN and other clinicians, to assess patient needs.
• Assist in coordinating patient care.
• Maintain patient records, update databases, and ensure accurate documentation of patient information in approved EMR and other platforms.

Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. (BHC) is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services, offering 24/7 evaluations and telepsychiatric assessment and consultation services. BHC seeks a dynamic and talented RN for Referral Management on a full-time, weekday evening 10‑hour shift (Mon‑Thu), under the direction of the Clinical Program Director. The role involves managing electronic referrals, coordinating care, collaborating with healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with HR policies and HIPAA, and supporting the crisis assessor team.

• Education:
  
  Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's or Master's preferred).
• Licensure/Certification:
  Current State Nursing License (RN). Nursing Licensure Compact preferred.
• Current CPR, Vaccines (as required).
• 1-3 years work experience in Behavioral Health.
