Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) – Atlanta Area

A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one‑on‑one infusion therapy services in patients' homes throughout the Atlanta area. This is a full‑time, field‑based opportunity offering autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering specialized care outside of the hospital setting.

• Provide infusion therapy and patient care in the home setting
• Perform peripheral IV starts and monitor infusion treatments
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and therapies
• Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements

• Active Georgia RN license
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently in the field

• Oncology infusion
• Vascular access or IV team experience
• Critical care, emergency department, or ambulatory infusion experience
• Pediatric nursing experience

• Independent work environment
