We are seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area. Schedule OptionsFull-Time:
Three 12‑hour shifts per week, every other weekend required, weekend availability mandatory.
Part-Time:
Minimum of 20 hours per week with consistent availability. Must meet one of the following scheduling requirements:
Two weekdays consistently (24 total hours), or one weekday (12 hours) and one weekend day (8 hours).

- Salary range: $138,000 – $159,000 annually (average: $147,000).

- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Perform physical examinations and preventive health screenings.
- Develop and manage patient treatment plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Active and unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license.
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred.
- Strong new graduates with relevant clinical training may be considered.
