Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (no weekends). Behavioral Health – Psychiatry – Addictive Disease. Sign‑On bonuses for full‑time positions.
Registered Nurses at Peachford deliver quality nursing care to patients with psychiatric, behavioral, and addictive diagnoses, ensuring safety and continued care. RNs play a pivotal role in treatment planning and patient/family education.
What tasks will you perform?
- Keep patients safe.
- Assess patients’ needs through daily interaction with patients and other health‑care providers.
- Develop comprehensive inter‑disciplinary treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals.
- Administer medications safely, accurately, and timely.
- Provide comfort and care while following policies, procedures, and standard nursing protocols.
- Communicate changes in patient status with attending physician.
A valid State of Georgia Nursing (RN) License or eNLC License from a participating state is required. Previous psychiatric, behavioral or mental‑health nursing experience is helpful but not required.
