• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (averanna may assist after hire)
• TB skin test current within last 12 months
• Six months hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
