RAYRAC HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IDD/DBHDD experience for a hybrid role. You will provide direct nursing care to individuals with IDD, manage medications, conduct health assessments, and work with a multidisciplinary team.
Two part-time positions are available:
Every Other Weekend and 3 days per week with EOW; pay ranges from $31 to $34 per hour; night shifts required. Georgia LPN license and DBHDD familiarity are required.
