Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg Telemetry

Overview

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for Med Surg / Telemetry in Atlanta, Georgia. This position is a travel assignment with the following details:

• Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Provide direct patient care to adult and older adult populations in a 32-bed unit focused on trauma, medical and telemetry care.
• Administer medications, including heparin drips and other acute medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
• Utilize equipment such as gait belts and geriatric chairs as needed.
• Assist with physical therapy equipment as required.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Documented medical and telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Completion of a nursing checklist is required.
• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehab or NICHE training is a plus.
