Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Schedule:
Day Shift, 12-hour shifts
Assignment Details:

Hours:
36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical specialty
- Active nursing license
- Certification Card
- EPIC experience required
- Work History/Resume with no gaps greater than 60 days

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and assess patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding health issues and appropriate care.
- Document all patient care activities per regulatory and organizational standards.
