What You’ll Do:
  • Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-volume Level III NICU
  • Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatricians, and research nurses
  • Deliver evidence-based, individualized care to complex neonatal patients
  • Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
  • Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to program growth
  • Engage in mentorship and professional development, welcoming new graduates
What You Need:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
  • Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or eligible for certification
  • Minimum 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience preferred (strong encouragement for new graduates)
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
