Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification required - Experience: Prior neonatal or ICU experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (based on experience and training)

- Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-volume Level III NICU
- Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatricians, and research nurses
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized care to complex neonatal patients
- Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
- Participate in clinical decision-making and contribute to program growth
- Engage in mentorship and professional development, welcoming new graduates
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification or eligible for certification
- Minimum 1 year of neonatal or critical care experience preferred (strong encouragement for new graduates)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
