Responsibilities- Monitored and addressed the child’s medical needs during school hours.
- Provided transportation to and from school and to the child’s residence via school van.
- Monitored changes in the child’s health status.
- Completed thorough nursing documentation.
- Active Georgia LPN license.
- Minimum of one (1) year of LPN experience.
- CPR certification.
- Current TB test.
- Pediatric experience.
- At least one year of experience with tracheostomies and ventilator support.
- Compensated on a weekly basis.
