Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct nursing care within scope of practice

* Administer medications and treatments as ordered

* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or provider

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members

* Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and facility policies

* Assist with intake, sick call, and chronic care clinics as needed
