  - Typically one week day/call every week and one weekend every 3-4 weeks

Holidays:
If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Major Holidays are listed below:

Compliance:
Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

  A. 14-week contract= 10 days of RTO
  
  B. 26-week contract = 17 days of RTO
  
  C. No consecutive weekend request.
  
  D. Cannot request all Major Holidays.
  
  E. Can only request 1weekend of RTO in a 4- week time frame. You are allowed to switch days in order to get the unapproved RTO covered. Please refer to the unit process for switching. Unit does not accept travel pairs PHIOR does not honor block schedules. No self-scheduling

Piedmont Submission Rules:

• Local Candidates:
  Accepted at same bill rate
• RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission
• Internal Return Rule:
  Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler
• Return Travelers:
  If cancel or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying + ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health
• RTO Policy: ALL RTO MUST BE FINALIZED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION NO RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST OFFER OR ONSITE
• Max RTO: 7 days per contract
• Holiday RTO:
  Holidays (6) - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year s Eve/Day
• If 1 2 holidays fall during assignment:
  No holiday RTO can be requested
• If 3 holidays fall during assignment: 1 holiday RTO may be considered
