Must reside more than 50 miles from Atlanta PACU Environment The PACU operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and supports patients recovering from a broad range of surgical procedures. The selected nurse should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, higher-acuity recovery environment. Cases may include:
Thoracic surgery Orthopedic surgery Neurological surgery Vascular surgery Urology procedures General surgery Other complex, higher-acuity cases The unit is supported by a charge nurse and supervisor. Holiday call coverage may be required.
