The Role:Nurse Manager (RN)
We are seeking a seasoned Nurse Manager who is passionate about behavioral health and inspired by leadership. In this role, you’ll oversee nursing operations across inpatient units, ensuring safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care while leading and supporting a dedicated nursing team.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
What You’ll Do- Lead and support nursing operations on inpatient units
- Ensure exceptional patient care and clinical compliance
- Adjust staffing to meet operational needs across evenings, nights, and weekends
- Oversee admissions, discharges, crisis interventions, restraints, and seclusion events
- Supervise and mentor Mental Health Associates, RNs, and LPNs
- Coordinate and lead all medical codes (real and mock), ensuring safety and preparedness
- Foster a collaborative, supportive work environment for your team

Qualifications- Current RN License in GA (or eligible to receive or renew)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in psych.
