Operating Room Registered Nurse

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with recent Operating Room experience to join a dynamic surgical unit. The role involves providing high-quality patient care across various surgical specialties and accommodating flexible scheduling needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-operative assessments and prepare patients for surgery.
• Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vital signs, and assist during surgical procedures.
• Ensure sterile techniques and maintain a safe environment in the OR.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver effective patient care and address emergent needs.
• Document all clinical procedures accurately and timely.
• Follow all compliance and safety regulations to ensure patient and staff safety.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current GA or Compact RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in Neurosurgery, Transplant, General Surgery, GYN, and Orthopedics.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and call rotations.
• Completion of all required compliance and onboarding procedures within specified timelines.
