American Traveler is hiring a night shift RN Telemetry for a complex surgical unit requiring strong surgical skills and prior tele experience.

• Work on a hospital telemetry unit (SJH 7W) that is a complex surgical unit requiring strong surgical skills
• 13-week travel contract
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• Epic EMR used
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request is allowed per assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
