Registered Nurse - Medical ​/ Surgical

Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Address: 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE
Unit: 694A ATL Clinical Care – Inpatient Acute Care
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days | Monday–Friday | 5×8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Local Candidates: No local candidates within 50 miles

• Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient nursing experience

• AHA BLS certification required

• Strong Medical/Surgical or acute care nursing experience

• Must be proficient in IV insertion and IV medication administration

• Experience administering IV antibiotics required/preferred

• Chemotherapy or Oncology experience is NOT required

• Primarily infectious disease and acute care patients

• No oncology-based patient population

• No chemotherapy administration involved

Must work 2 major holidays out of the following 3:

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

• New Year's Day

Additionally, must work 1 minor holiday:

• Friday after Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve

• New Year's Eve
