LPN/RN Needed in Atlanta, GA
Looking for a responsible and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at ACE in Atlanta, GA. Hours are flexible based on your scheduling needs. Safe in-home environment and PPE provided.
Primary Responsibilities:- Demonstrates a high level of compassionate interpersonal and communication skills necessary to consistently serve patients and family members in a professional manner.
- One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
- Assess patients for stability and follow through with all doctor's orders.
- Verify medication milligrams, last day dosed, take outs received, phase level, and verify guest doses.
- Be thorough and accurate in documentation of patient complaints, vital signs, current medication, and allergies.
- Some health promotion, teaching, and training of family members in necessary.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited program.
- Prefer licensed or certified professionals but willing to consider others with adequate experience.
- Qualifications of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
- Must have at least 12 months of hands-on nursing experience.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Very comfortable and efficient in the use of EMRs and use of computers.
- Experience with GTube, Trach/Vent.
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract.
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour.
