Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting patient safety, quality outcomes, and continuity of care.
Key responsibilities include:- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
- Educating patients and families
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Advocating for patients and coordinating care
- Utilizing clinical technology and electronic documentation systems
- Contributing to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current Georgia Registered Nurse License
- One (1) or more years of Registered Nurse experience
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Previous experience in the applicable specialty area
Required for:
- All Critical Care Units
- Emergency Care Center (ECC)
- GI/Cath Laboratory
- Labor & Delivery
- All Intermediate Care Units (IMCU)
- Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
