Your Role as RN Evening Supervisor:

Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
Lead and mentor nursing teams
Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
Oversee quality measures and implement improvement initiatives
Support staff education and development

Active Georgia RN license
