American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with expertise across multiple surgical specialties for a hospital-based day shift assignment.

• Surgery department, Ground Floor OR unit
• Handles a variety of surgical cases including robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, and gyn
• Monday-Friday schedule, 6:45 AM-3:15 PM, 8-hour day shifts
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active RN license (GA or Compact) required
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience within specialty
• AHA BLS certification required
• AHA ACLS certification preferred

• Care for surgical patients across a wide range of specialties
• Must work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
• Requested time off must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
