What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU setting
  • Participate in clinical decision-making alongside neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
  • Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
  • Engage in evidence-based practices tailored to complex neonatal needs
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
  • Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program supporting over 1,400 admissions annually
  • Offer mentorship to new graduates in a supportive, high-acuity environment
What You Need
Required:
  • Georgia Nurse Practitioner license with neonatal or pediatric specialization
  • Strong desire to work in a high-acuity, team-based setting
Preferred:
  • Experience or interest in neonatal intensive care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
