- Shift: 24-hour NICU shifts with schedule flexibility

- Licenses/Certifications: Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license;
Neonatal or Pediatric certification preferred - Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply; prior NICU experience preferred but not required

- Provide advanced neonatal care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III NICU setting
- Participate in clinical decision-making alongside neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and other specialists
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
- Engage in evidence-based practices tailored to complex neonatal needs
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program supporting over 1,400 admissions annually
- Offer mentorship to new graduates in a supportive, high-acuity environment
Required:
- Georgia Nurse Practitioner license with neonatal or pediatric specialization
- Strong desire to work in a high-acuity, team-based setting
- Experience or interest in neonatal intensive care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
