Registered Nurse - NICU

$2325.60/week -

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly experienced NICU Registered Nurse for a weekend-only assignment requiring weekend shifts and one weekday night shift. The role involves providing specialized care in a Level IV NICU setting, with flexibility to float to other departments and campuses within a 12-mile radius.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert neonatal nursing care to critically ill infants in a Level IV NICU environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess neonatal vital signs, reactions, and responses to treatments.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Float to different departments and campuses as needed to support staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent NICU clinical experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC EMR systems.
• Hold current certifications including BLS, PALS (AHA only), and NRP preferred.
• Have recent travel experience and ability to comply with travel and agency requirements.
• Be willing to work weekends exclusively, with minimal to no RTO (must be included at submission).
