The Pre-Operative/Post-Operative Registered Nurse, under the supervision of the PACU Manager or the Director of Nursing, delivers peri-operative patient care across the age continuum in accordance with nursing judgment and standard regulatory standards. Assesses and documents patients upon arrival, plans and implements care, and coordinates with surgeons and anesthesia.
Provides post-operative care, discharge instructions, and follow-up calls as needed.
