• A specialized integrative and regenerative wellness practice in northern Georgia is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a three-day-per-week position.
• The provider will deliver individualized wellness services, including bio-hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, joint injections, and PRP treatments.
• This role is ideal for a provider passionate about functional and regenerative medicine and offers a competitive compensation package.

• Previous experience with bio-hormone replacement therapy, medically supervised weight loss, joint injections, and PRP is required.
• Experience in concierge medicine or an integrative wellness setting is strongly preferred.
• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
• Current Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong interest in functional, integrative, and regenerative medicine.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to individualized patient care.
