Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) – Level III NICU, Atlanta, Georgia

What You’ll Do
  • Provide advanced neonatal care within a Level III NICU caring for critically ill and premature newborns
  • Manage care for 1,400–1,500 admissions annually in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, nursery pediatricians, and research staff
  • Deliver evidence-based, individualized care plans for complex infants
  • Support stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
  • Participate in clinical decision-making to optimize patient outcomes
  • Contribute to a team committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate newborn care
What You Need
Required:
  • Valid Georgia RN license and Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Experience or interest in high-acuity neonatal care—new graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
Preferred:
  • Previous NICU or neonatal intensive care experience
  • Ability to work flexible, 24-hour shifts
  • Passion for caring for medically fragile newborns
