Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform follow-up visits and coordinate patient care
• Collaborate closely with interventional pain physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Pain management, PM&R, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Neurology, or related experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Passion for helping patients improve function and quality of life
