Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Day shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week.
We are seeking a skilled Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, with an emphasis on general and overflow oncology care. The RN will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and maintain proper documentation.
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with physicians and health team members to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
- Active RN license verified through Nursys.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records required.
- Skills checklist, references, and work history with no gaps greater than 60 days required.
