US Fertility, the nation’s leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, is seeking a Fertility RN Case Manager to join Shady Grove Fertility in Sandy Springs, Georgia. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional weekends and one holiday per year.
You will coordinate patient care, provide counseling, teach injections, schedule treatments, and develop treatment plans in line with clinical protocols.
