Registered Nurse - Med Surg
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday to Sunday, 7 PM - 7 AM
The Registered Nurse will provide care to patients within the Acute Medical Unit, focusing on medical-surgical nursing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of recent experience in the Med Surg specialty and be adept in delivering high-quality patient care.
Manage and coordinate patient care in the Acute Med Surg Unit.
Utilize strong clinical skills to assess and monitor patient conditions.
Administer medications and execute treatment plans as prescribed.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve overall patient outcomes.
Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience.
Current AHA BLS Certification.
NIHSS Certification is preferred.
Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
