American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN for an 18-week day shift assignment requiring an active GA or compact RN license.

• Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Fixed shift with no alternate schedule requests permitted
• Travel pairs will not be assigned to the same shift on the same unit

• Active GA or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Copies of required certifications must be provided for consideration
• Two supervisory references (Manager or above) are highly preferred; charge nurse references not accepted

• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Returning travelers must have been away from all facilities within this health system for one full year before returning
• Travelers previously unable to return to a specific facility must complete one successful assignment elsewhere before rebooking at a new location
• Maximum of 7 days RTO, which must be submitted with the application
• No RTO requests permitted during the first week of the assignment
• Holiday coverage required based on number of major holidays occurring during the assignment: no RTO if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, and only one holiday RTO request may be considered if three major holidays occur
• Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
