Neonatal certification preferred - Experience: New graduates encouraged to apply; neonatal experience preferred but not required
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU at Northside Hospital in Atlanta
- Manage complicated cases of critically ill and premature newborns
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, and nurses
- Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
- Participate in evidence-based clinical decision-making processes
- Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
- Engage in mentorship opportunities, especially for recent graduates
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts in a high-acuity environment
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
