Travel PCU RN job in Atlanta, GA:
As a Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-acuity, cardiac-focused care to patients at the facility in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor complex cardiac rhythms, titrate cardiac drips, and manage patients with heart failure, post-cardiac procedures, and other advanced cardiac conditions in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Epic EMR is required. Strong assessment, communication, and rapid response skills are essential for this role.

Registered Nurse, PCU

Experience:

1 year 6 months
RN(Compact Accepted)

• Must be able to independently interpret cardiac rhythms and pass a Dysrhythmia Exam:
  o No tech assistance permitted.
  o Must pass on the first attempt (no remediation opportunities).
  o Exam is paper based, proctored, and requires the use of calipers.
  o Please ask AM for Telemetry Study Guides

• Minimum 18 months of recent cardiac unit experience
• Must have experience with:
  o Cardiac drips listed above
  o Telemetry interpretation
  o Successfully passing a telemetry exam

EPIC experience BLS/ACLS/NIHSS required by start date, not required at time of submission.

• Prior Travel
• Transplant experience is preferred and will be trained if needed
• LVAD experience is preferred and will be trained if needed
