Clinical Services Manager - Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Setting: On-Site
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

About the Opportunity

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as its Clinical Services Manager
. This is a key leadership position for a clinically strong nurse who enjoys improving care quality, supporting other clinicians, and helping ensure that patient services are delivered safely and in accordance with applicable standards.

Position Overview

The Clinical Services Manager will oversee clinical standards and support the delivery of safe, effective, patient-focused care. The individual in this role will provide guidance on clinical matters, assist with complex cases, review clinical practices and documentation, and help develop the knowledge and capabilities of the nursing team.

The position will work closely with operations leadership to ensure that clinical and operational priorities are aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing and patient care services
  • Promote consistent delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Conduct clinical reviews, assessments, supervisory visits, and case evaluations as appropriate
  • Serve as a resource for nurses and staff managing complex or challenging patient situations
  • Provide clinical guidance and support regarding patient care concerns
  • Lead and support the onboarding of clinical personnel
  • Develop and facilitate training and educational programs for nursing staff
  • Promote ongoing professional development and clinical skill enhancement
  • Establish and reinforce clinical competencies and evidence-based practices
  • Mentor and support members of the nursing team
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational requirements
  • Monitor clinical documentation practices and support HIPAA compliance
  • Participate in internal reviews, audits, and quality improvement activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical processes and patient outcomes
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Partner with operational leadership regarding care delivery and execution
  • Provide clinical input regarding care plans, staffing considerations, and patient escalations
  • Assist in resolving clinical issues that may affect quality of care or patient outcomes
Qualifications Required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical standards, patient privacy, and HIPAA
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with clinical and operational teams
Preferred
  • Previous supervisory, management, or clinical leadership experience
  • Experience in home care, home health, or a related healthcare setting
  • Experience with clinical training, staff development, or nursing education
  • Experience with quality assurance, compliance, or clinical process improvement
