DescriptionAmerican Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, NIHSS, and at least 18 months of recent ER experience.
Details- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- AM shift schedule of 3x12s, 36 hours per week
- No on-call responsibilities
- Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
- Current ACLS and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 18 months of ER experience within the past 3 years
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
