We proudly serve families across Georgia and are an approved provider for the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) making essential care accessible to those who need it most.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home care team, providing skilled nursing care in the home setting. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting, including administering medications and treatments, and completing accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical leadership to ensure seamless care coordination
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes independence, comfort, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Active Georgia RN license
• CPR certification
• Pediatric, PICU, NICU or home care experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
