Position Overview The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Metro Reentry Facility provides essential support to the nursing and medical team by assisting with daily patient care and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, mobility, and basic patient needs

Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

Support nurses with patient care tasks and clinical procedures

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility protocols

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment

Always follow infection control and safety procedures
