- Night w/rotation as needed
- Every other weekend -$5,000 Sign On Bonus A Licensed Practice Nurse, under the supervision of the physician, assesses, plans, and administers direct patient care in the office. The office nurse performs a wide variety of nursing functions and is primarily responsible for supervision of the clinical area, patient education, and with physician supervision answers patients' medical questions, reviews all laboratory and tests reports and handling medical emergencies.

The position requires a thorough knowledge of practice policies and procedures and an excellent overall knowledge of the medical office setting. At least two years experience in specialty services clinic/physician office required. The LPN will also be required to do a variety of computer tasks to include nursing notes, H&P’s and scheduling. The LPN will also be doing pre-authorization and chart maintenance for lap banding.
