World Of Love Home Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving the Coweta County area. Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home care setting within the Coweta County area
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and other clinical interventions as ordered
- Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
- Educate patients and family members on health management and care procedures
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia
- Previous home health, hospice, or community nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Coweta County area
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR/BLS certification required
