• Setting: ER in a hospital environment

• Provide triage, assessment, and ongoing monitoring for adult and pediatric ER patients
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform procedures as ordered; initiate and assist with resuscitation and stabilization
• Monitor patient status, interpret monitor data, and respond to emergencies; collaborate with physicians and the broader care team
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record; communicate changes in patient condition to the team and families
• Support patient flow, discharge planning, and coordination with ancillary services to optimize throughput and safety
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards; participate in quality improvement activities as assigned

• Active RN license in the state of Georgia
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC/ENPC preferred
• At least 4 years of ER experience with well-rounded adult and pediatric care
• Ability to work a night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts; 3 nights per cycle as assigned
• Credentialing in process may be considered with conditional compliance
• Effective communication, critical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER environment
