Charge Resource Nurse - Emergency Care Center

The ECC Charge Resource Nurse serves as a pivotal member of the Emergency Care Center team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires clinical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The ECC Charge Resource Nurse is responsible for optimizing and coordinating emergency healthcare resources. This position involves facilitating seamless communication and collaboration among emergency services staff and charge nurses to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

• Documentation and Communication

• ASN with 4 years’ Emergency Nursing experience
• BSN with 2 years’ Emergency Nursing experience
• Active & Clear Georgia nursing license or Multistate nursing license
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills
• Experience managing high-acuity, fast-paced environments
• Commitment to patient safety, teamwork, and service excellence
• American Heart Association (ACLS, BLS, PALS) certification
• Must be an employee in good standing TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)
• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) preferred
