Travel RN - Telemetry

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with 18 months of experience and dysrhythmia management skills for a long-term hospital assignment in Atlanta, GA.

• Active GA or Compact RN license in hand
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Telemetry experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Experience managing non-cardiac drips such as heparin and insulin
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Work in the Clinical Decision Unit at a hospital setting
• AM shift, 3x12s totaling 36 hrs/week
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week assignment
• Monitor and manage cardiac telemetry patients including dysrhythmia interpretation
• Administer and manage non-cardiac IV drips such as heparin and insulin
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility, no local candidates accepted
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, or 3 days if on or near a holiday, with only 1 holiday request allowed
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
